AP2 Interview

    I'm just wondering what types of questions I could be asked in an AP2 interview? Do I need to know my scenarios and STAR stories well or should I prepare for being put on the spot and asked how I would cope with a hypothetical situation? Or a bit of both? Our principal likes watching candidates "squirm", so she could put me on the backfoot as I've no real management or leadership experience to date (outside of my science department). Plus, she suggested the other candidate apply for the post, which has me wondering is there any point putting myself through the stress and worry of an interview process?
