If it asks you for 3rd level qualification, I would imagine you will have to leave it blank as until you complete a degree you haven't obtained a qualification. If it allows you do write something about it, just say you've partially completed a degree.

Also, under work experience you've just said you were a student? To me that's not work experience and shouldn't be entered there. They would only be interested in actual work experience such as part time job, summer jobs etc.
