Ipsative test

    Hi,

    I have a very important job interview at the end of the month, So far I have passed 3 rounds and its down to the final 2 people.
    They want me to complete a personality test that is Ipsative.
    I have done tests before and did really badly, can anyone help with a sample question and how I should answer?
    Sh*tting myself a bit.
