Windows7:program can't start because PlugPlug.dll is missing from your computer

    I got this error msg "the program can't start because PlugPlug.dll is missing from your computer" does anyone know what this means ?

    Well from what I can tell from a quick google is the file is simply missing or gone corrupt,

    It should be here:

    %SystemDiskRoot%\www\Adobe Photoshop CS4 Portable\App\Photoshop\PlugPlug.dll

    See if you can find it somewhere and put it in again
