I have a Gaggia Titanium and just last weekend the Steamer stopped working. When I turn the steamer know nothing happens (No steam no water no nothing)..

    Anyone got any advice?????

(Incidentally Kenilworth put a new boiler in it under a year ago so would it be covered by a warranty?)

Please asap, I need a frothy coffee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you regularly descale your machine? You should do it 2-3 times a year.
And do you purge the nozzle after you've used it everytime?
Sounds like there might be a build up inside it.

    Hi PPC,

Just thought I would let you know how I got on.

Tried the descaling but it would not even start as the steam valve would not open so looked up a guy on YT who opened the machine on video and I followed his steps and the steam knob turned an arm inside the machine and around that arm was a metal sleeve and when you turn the knob it makes two metal contacts touch which in turn opens the steam valve and the sleeve had slipped off and it was just a simple job of pushing the sleeve on again so all now working and took me about 2o minutes and probably saved me €100 repair fee.

Anyone out there needs this done just email me and I will do a vid or PM them.
