    I hope, for your sake, that you're trolling. If this is a genuine noob post, then you need to edit your second question out of existence very quickly. As for your first question, it depends on the rules of that specific forum.

    Oh, and i know it's him as:

    1. he's continuing in his ways as annoying troll fu*k and he also thinks i know him.

    2. i recommended the pretty much unknown (over here anyways) 'Veronica Mars' to him (as claire's friend) a couple of days back and it seems all a bit too suspicious that he's requesting episodes in his sig right now!

    yeah but dont they track your ip address, i know it may be impossible if your not on a static ip but ive heard where they have got someone before where there activities were similar, im sure devore or any of the other mods can enlighten us on this.
