Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm not sure if there is a book on the subject. Any questions people on here are pretty helpful. A broker would be a good place to discuss mortgage options.

I would recommend Terry Gorrys book. He is a solicitor with extensive expeirence in buying and selling houses.

I have to disagree on this. Bad house would need plenty of restoration, it’ll be cold, and so on. While location is very important, it’s not the only thing

    I wouldn’t buy this
