Very very sad news that Nicky Hayden has died from his injuries from a cycling accident. He was hit by a car while out training, and was in a coma since the accident.

The man was a smiling legend of a man and he has died far too soon.Loved by all in MotoGp too.
SBK will not be the same without the Kentucky KID

    RIP 69.

Shocking news....loss of a great guy...a lot of idiots will say he was only a champion by default....to finish first ,first you have to finish...

    R.I.P Nicky..

I cant believe this, I really cant. Its the same with Michael Schumacher, both men being professional race drivers with a huge amount of danger and survive their whole respective careers. Then ultimately get taken out by a relatively safe past time. I know Schumacher is not dead but by all accounts he might as well be.....

    RIP NH.

Really seemed like a nice guy and never heard anything bad about him.

Give The Doctor, The Tornado and The Kentucky Kid a watch if you hadn't already, really is a great insight to a weekend of racing.

So strange how these things happen! When your time is up your time is truly up.

    I'm Gutted.
He was one of the few racers that truly seemed grounded, came from humble beginnings and never got carried away with his success like so many thrust into stardom from a young age.
I feel for his family and fiance as well, he was only engaged recently.

    RIP #69
