iOS Safari - Buttons in Talk to forum no longer working

I was trying to "talk to eir" earrlier on and I was unable to post on an iPad Pro as the submit button seems to no longer be loading in mobile Safari. I'm using the latest version of iOS on an iPad Pro.

I've had issues with images not loading on android recently; including embedded images, avatars, (some) buttons and smilies.

This is on the regular site, not talk-to, so may or not be related.

I've attached a screenshot, see the avatars and quote buttons aren't working.
