THIS DOES NOT BECOME ACTIVE UNTIL MIDNIGHT TONIGHT

Thought this would be better in it's own thread.

    Sportsdirect.com 20% off EVERYTHING using code SUN20

Expires Sunday night (27th July) at 23:59

    http://www.sportsdirect.com/

Sorry, I had read it wrong. It doesn't become active until Midnight tonight.
I couldn't find any info on it, and then I found a thread on it over on HUKD

I think this thread is related to the same offer

"SUN20 - Your basket does not meet the requirements of this voucher."

And that was for basic clothing.

Where did you get the code? could be just redeemable once

Sorry, I edited the OP, I hadn't realised it's not a valid code until Midnight tonight.

I got an email earlier today saying

    DELIVERY
Standard delivery for Channel Islands, Guernsey, Eire, Jersey, Luxembourg, Netherlands, up to the value of 49.99€ is now only 5.99€, and for orders between 50.00€ and 99.99€ delivery is 2.99€.
To receive Free delivery simply add any products to your basket to the value of 100€ or higher and your delivery will automatically be free! Offer Applies to delivery only. Terms and Conditions Apply. All offers are subject to availability and Management retain the right to remove or review any offers, products or prices at any time. Subject to terms and conditions

Am torn between ordering now with definite free delivery or chancing that there will still be free delivery when the code comes in
It's like I even need anything off the site any more after my last few sprees!

Its still cheaper than Parcel Motel for item under 50.

I just cancelled one I made yesterday to avail of this new deal and shipping cost

Shipping to Parcel Motel was 3.99 sterling then the new improved inflated Parcel Motel cost.

PS make sure you checkout in €'s as they are charging just a 20% exchange difference whereas it is actually over 25% currently.

i.e. with the 20% discount you are effectively getting a €/£ exchange rate if you shop in €'s plus free delivery.

Sennheiser PX685i are down to €25.90 with the 20% off..

They're a lot more than that in British sterling on Amazon

The order I cancelled yesterday got dispatched this morning. Dam.

Now I have two of everything on the way.

What is the returns process like with sports direct?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 958 ✭✭✭Trevord

Apart from the fact that you have to pay the return postage, I have found they handle the process well.

Depending on how much stuff you are sending back and how much you paid to begin with, it might be a false economy.

Sending back just a couple t-shirts (half a kilo) is going to set you back €7.50 standard post with An Post.

Is there a minimum order value for the free delivery? An early post mentioned there was but no mention of it in later posts.

    Thanks,
    super_freddie.
