Identifying a font

Hi All,

If you have a look at the attached image - I am trying to match the font.

Basically my friend who did this is currently in hospital having some shoulder surgery and I have someone else altering it to this year's dates but without much success.

He said if we can identify the font he can match it but until then he is stumped.

Just wondering would any of you know what the font is?
