It's really easy to do you just need to create a new hotmail email address and sign up on the Costa Rican Xbox website. Details how to create a different country's account in the link- (the example is for Hungarian but just change it to Costa Rica in this case):

Oman.. the country...
When your creating your new Xbox account on Xbox.com just select Oman as your region...

turn on your Xbox, DON'T sign in to a profile, click on the the batman link on the main page, find the injustice link, then sign in to your OMAN account and click into the link to download.

if you go back to the dash you'll get the same message but if you go to the games tab first and use search before you sign in instead you can get whatever you want to add at the same time..

Expired. I keep missing them by a day or so. Couldn't create a xbox live account with an Oman account. Got a "not available in your region" error.

Might be worth leaving thread open as there are always free games popping up

I had the same problem so I set up xbox live on the website instead of the console, then just used that gt on my console and it worked.

Stopped working for me 2 days ago..

Got all the games bar Sherlock. I had started downloading it with the original glitch, then deleted it because i misread the PAL - NTSC compatability.

Scroll left on dashboard and click on the 'recent' tab, press X on any of your installed games, then Y to manually search for Rayman legends.
