50 posts for soccer forums?

maybe somebody can fill me in as to why you need to have 50 posts to gain access to the soccer forums and why the mod. explaining how to get access sounds like a rude bouncer?

Surely you aren't only a fan of soccer.

They are many other forums that would probably interest you.

Have a look at the drop downs at the top of the page (Arts, Biz, Edu, Games, Hosted, etc).

I found I learned alot before posting in the soccer forum - I agree with the 50 posts thing, kind of trains you as the soccer forum can be, eh, sometimes..... frustrating. I cant really explain it but the forum can get quite banterish or troll heavy so you need some basic boards experience before entering imo.

wow!see what you mean Des,just read all 23 pages, seems to me that even guys with thousands of posts to their name cant be trusted to post in respectful manner, saw numerous acts of name calling by long time members and plenty of inflammatory posts,I dont want to run the risk of re-igniting that last thread so ill leave it at that. Thanks for the incite.

It's a much improved forum from those days, well modded, probably the quietest User Feedback forum this Summer ever so it must be doing something right!
