big long gunfight it sounds like,
and no its not road works, was in the fca (sad I know) for years and its sure as my **** gunfire,
checked the news site and nothing,
    anyone's house full of holes?
hope they are just shorting themselves,
    hope the gardai are ok,

    That's weird I didn't hear anything

I guess the sound of a gun short isn't loud enough to get to Cork

Along the quays near hueston, all over now,
I work in an a+e and every time someone comes in with a gunshot wound they are clinical retarded, I swear there's not a smart one amongst them,
they could all be outsmarted by an early 80's smartphone,

Hopefully no-one innocent was hurt. I wonder if this indicent has to do with the Gardai doing checks prior to the Queen and President Obama's visits?

These checks at the early hours of a sunday morning would explain the gunshots?

Im sure they just wanted a lie in at the weekend.
I wouldn't be too happy if someone woke me at 4 in the morning checking my house checking for guns and explosives.
To be fair if the found the house that had guns and explosives, sh1t will happen at 4am
