I have found them quite good. Have bought a few bits and pieaces off them. Their stock is patchy alright, was looking to get some pixars on blu ray for cheap. Got Up and Ratatouille for £8.99 each before discount, which is good.

It's a Mastercard issue that has been reported on here before.

I tried to order a Blu-Ray two weeks ago and got the same message when submitting my details.

I e-mailed them about it but go no response.

I got it to work by using the original address I set up when I got the card.
Strange since it wouldn't accept the one it's currently registered to.

    Also, use fatcheese for cashback.

There's still definitely some good value to be had if you browse..

.. got 'The Fast Show: Ultimate Collection' for £9.59 (€11) delivered. It's only about a pound less than most other places online - but it's cracking value at that!

can i ask a question to anybody with experience of this website, if something is listed as out of stock, if I order it now at the lower price do ye think/do they normally get new stock in and honour that price??

oh wait, there is no option to order when out of stock :(

Great stuff. Just got Saw 7 in 3d bluray for £11.99 Best by at least £8.

On the downside I bought the other six saw movies on bluray for €52 on play.

Hmm, I wonder what the problem could be then as previous reports of failed transactions were from Mastercard owners only as far as I recall.

I hope they don't think our cards are maxed out and couldn't be bothered responding to our e-mails :D

Same here, visa won't go through.
Mailed them last week with no response.

    re Card problems:

I ordered last night (just after midnight) with Visa - no problems, just quite a few steps. This was my first time using the site.

Maybe its just heavy traffic at site?

Cheers Basq, I buzzed around a bit and decided that the price was sweet like honey so I ordered something earlier :). Any idea where their hive is they ship from?

    I'll get my coat...
