    Reagrding cutting down on the high fibre foods in days before run, how about porridge in the day or two before run ?
    I did have to make the pit stop at dingle !

    Porridge is fine. I'll be sticking to Weetabix, youghurt & a small bit of sliced fruit. Stick to what you normally eat before a long run - tried & tested!
