In fairness to them they show a fair bit of skill in their driving. Very funny though.

I don't find it particularly funny, just foul mouthed and agresive. See Motorsport Ireland Bulletin February 2010 for the Nova and April 2010 for the lad who kicked in the Sub's window.

That said, I recommend the Lennon Twins videos on Youtube. Sadly, one of them is no longer with us.

    Feb 2010
This Tribunal of Inquiry was convened in
    accordance with General Competition
    Rules (GCRs) 170.1.1, 170.5 and 170.6
following receipt of a report from the
Clare MC Stages Rally on 20 September
    2009.
The Terms of Reference of the Tribunal
    were:
    (1) To investigate an allegation of
    Improper Driving (GCR 139.6.1)
    including Dangerous Driving (GCR
    139.6.1.3) and behaviour prejudicial to
    automobile sport (GCR 139.4) against
    Patrick Horan arising from incidents
during the Clare MC Stages Rally on 20
    September 2009;
    (2) To investigate an allegation that
Patrick Baker behaved in a manner
    prejudicial to automobile sport (GCR
139.4) and of Misbehaviour or Unfair
Practice, actual or threatened physical or
    verbal assault, abusive or intemperate
language (GCR 139.7) against Mr Baker
arising from incidents during the Clare
MC Stages Rally on 20 September 2009.
HEARING: The Hearing took place on
Tuesday 12 January 2010, at 2.30 pm in
    Motorsport Ireland, 34 Dawson Street,
    Dublin 2.
The Tribunal Members were: Pat Fox
    (Chairman), Antony Conlon, Gerry
    Freeman, Alex Wright.
    In attendance were: Dermott Quigley,
    Presenter, Motorsport Ireland; Reg
    Redmond, Presenter, MI; Paul Phelan,
    Clerk of the Tribunal.
    Evidence was heard from: Patrick
    Horan, driver; Patrick Baker, navigator;
    Shaun Callaghan, driver of car no. 92;
Barry Callaghan, navigator of car no. 92.
FACTS OF THE CASE: During Special
Stage 2 of the Clare MC Stages Rally,
car no. 46 (crewed by Patrick Horan and
Patrick Baker) which was running out of
its seeded order due to earlier problems,
caught car no. 92 and followed it for
some distance. Near the end of the
stage, car 46 nudged the rear of car 92
at a junction, pushing it up the escape
road and damaging both cars. A
recording was made by an in-car camera
mounted in car 46 and was later posted
on the internet via YouTube where it was
    available for general viewing. Messrs
Horan and Baker told the Tribunal that
they had not posted the recording on
YouTube. They had given a copy to
another person who, unknown to them,
posted it, and as soon as they
discovered that this had happened, they
had it removed. However, it was later
reposted by someone else and despite
all their efforts, they had been unable to
have it removed a second time so it was
    still available for viewing.
    DECISION: Having carefully considered
all the evidence, the Tribunal decided:
    (1) that Patrick Horan was in breach of
    GCR 139.6.1.1, Careless Driving, in
pushing car no. 92 off the stage in order
to overtake it. The Tribunal felt that due
to the total frustration of not being able to
overtake car 92 and because of the
    encouragement of his navigator to
nudge the car in front out of their way, Mr
Horan did deliberately push the car in
    front out of his way.
The Tribunal fines Patrick Horan €100 in
accordance with GCR 142.2 and costs
as determined by MI and orders that Mr
Horan’s licence be endorsed with three
penalty points in accordance with GCR
    150.4.3.
    (2) that Patrick Baker acted contrary to
GCRs 139.4 and 139.7 in encouraging
his driver to push car no. 92, which was
in front of them, out of the way in order to
    overtake it.
In coming to this finding, the Tribunal felt
that Mr Baker acted in this fashion
    because of frustration and impatience
    and that this encouragement was
prejudicial to the interests of motorsport
    in general.
The Tribunal fines Patrick Baker €150 in
accordance with GCR 142.2 and costs
as determined by MI and orders that Mr
Baker’s licence be endorsed with three
penalty points in accordance with GCR
    150.4.3.
    The Tribunal recommends that crew
members of competition cars should be
mindful of their language when there is
    recording equipment being operated in
    their vehicle.
This decision was laid down at 5.15 pm
on Tuesday 12 January 2010 and all
concerned, or who are affected by these
findings, are reminded of their Right of
Appeal in accordance with Chapter 16 of
    the GCRs.

5 year ban, I guess not attending the tribunal might have made it easier to hand it out

MOTORSPORT IRELAND TRIBUNAL OF INQUIRY DECISION
    This Tribunal of Inquiry was
    convened in accordance with
    General Competition Rules
    (GCRs) 170.1.1, 170.5 and 170.6
following receipt of a report from
the Clare MC Stages Rally on 20
    September 2009.
The Terms of Reference of the
    Tribunal were:
    To investigate an allegation that
    Derek Considine behaved in a
    manner prejudicial to automobile
    sport (GCR 139.4) and of
    Misbehaviour or Unfair Practice,
    actual or threatened physical or
    verbal assault, abusive or
    intemperate language (GCR
    139.7), arising from incidents
during the Clare MC Stages Rally
    on 20 September 2009.
    HEARING: The Hearing took place
    on Wednesday 17 February 2010,
at 2.30 pm in Motorsport Ireland,
    34 Dawson Street, Dublin 2.
    The Tribunal Members were: Pat
    Fox (Chairman), Ken Fildes, Gerry
    Freeman, Robin Taylor.
    In attendance were: Dermott
    Quigley, Presenter, Motorsport
    Ireland; Reg Redmond, Presenter,
MI; Paul Phelan, Clerk of the
    Tribunal.
    Evidence was heard from: Shaun
    Callaghan, driver of car no. 92;
    Barry Callaghan, navigator of car
    no. 92; Colman Hegarty, car
    accountability official.
FACTS OF THE CASE: This was
the third attempt to get the
    Respondent, Derek Considine,
driver of car no. 82, to attend a
    Tribunal. Mr Considine was alleged
to have been involved in a serious
incident at the finish of Stage 2 of
this event. As he did not attend on
    this occasion, the Tribunal decided,
    in accordance with Chapter 16,
Article 11.2 of the GCRs, to
proceed with the hearing in his
    absence.
When car no. 92 reached the finish
of Stage 2, car no. 82, driven by Mr
    Considine, was partially blocking
the road with car no. 46 parked
close to it. The rear of car no. 82
was on the ditch and the front of
the car was across the road.
    Having stopped to assess the
    situation, Shaun Callaghan, driver
of car no. 92, decided to pass the
crashed car as there was just
enough space for this. In doing so,
his car rubbed the front bumper of
Mr Considine’s car at no more than
    walking pace. Mr Considine then
jumped on to the bonnet of Mr
Callaghan’s car and kicked in the
    windscreen, causing considerable
damage to it. He then climbed
down, tried to open the navigator’s
door and was very abusive to the
crew of car no. 92, threatening to
kill them. He was extremely angry
    and both Shaun and Barry
    Callaghan gave evidence that they
    were very concerned for their
safety. Car no. 92 then left the
vicinity but the damage to their
windscreen was such that the crew
decided it would be unsafe to
continue in the rally. Some time
    later, the car accountability official
arrived at the scene and Colman
    Hegarty and his passenger were
the subject of a tirade of abuse,
foul language and threats from Mr
    Considine. Once again, the
evidence made it very clear that
    these officials were very concerned
    for their safety.
    DECISION: Having carefully
    considered all the evidence, the
    Tribunal decided:
    (1) that Derek Considine was in
breach of GCRs 139.4 and 139.7,
    behaving in an outrageous and
    unprovoked manner towards other
    competitors and officials of the
Clare MC Stages Rally on 20
    September 2009. He caused
    malicious and extensive damage to
car no. 92, driven by Shaun
    Callaghan, verbally abused and
    made threats towards Shaun and
    Barry Callaghan, and was abusive
    and threatening to Colman and
    Kathlyne Hegarty, officials of the
    event.
    (2) that the Competition Licence of
    Derek Considine be suspended
    internationally until 31 December
2015 and that a fine of €2,500 be
imposed on him. In addition, Mr
    Considine is responsible for the
costs incurred, to be calculated in
    accordance with Chapter 16,
    Article 13, of the GCRs.
    REASONING: The Tribunal
    decided on these penalties
    because the evidence presented
    portrayed an extremely angry and
    out of control competitor who,
    without provocation, maliciously
    and extensively damaged another
competitor’s car to the extent that
its crew were forced to retire from
the rally. He made a vile, abusive
    and threatening verbal attack on
    this crew, causing them serious
    concerns for their safety. Not
    content with this, he then
    proceeded to verbally attack
officials of the event in the same
vile and abusive manner to the
extent that they also feared for their
safety. There is no place in motor
    sport for this behaviour.
This decision was laid down at 5.00
    pm on Wednesday 17 February
    2010 and all concerned are
reminded of their Right of Appeal in
accordance with Chapter 16 of the
GCRs and of the provisions of
    Article 12.2 of Chapter 16.
