    Hey guys,

So I seen this project a while back where some guy met women walking down a street and got them to empty their handbags out and photograph them.

It got me thinking, what do the photog's of Ireland carry around on a day-to-day basis?

It's nice to upload all the gear you have stashed around the house, but I want to know Whats in your bag? What do you bring with you everywhere in case you see that one shot that you just can't miss?

I'll start it off with my bag that is Always in the boot of the car!

    • Sigma 70-300 mm Macro

    • Danbo :)

My photo wouldn't be very interesting at the moment, maybe when I get some more gear. For now all I have in the bag is the D200, a borrowed 18-55mm kit lens, a Tamron 75-300mm with hood, A rocket blower, lens cloths and a tiny torch. In the cupboard I still have my old Sony A200 with the 18-70mm lens and UV filter but hoping someone buys that soon [it's a bit busted, trying to sell it on as a package to current Alpha users maybe]

As for me ... I generally don't carry a bag so in a pocket, one of the following ...
    Olympus Xa
    Vivitar uws
    Gakkenflex

They're everyday grabshot cameras though. If i'm going out and about i'll sling my fe2 or f100 around my neck and make do for the day with whatever's stuck on the front.

And I'm sure there's other stuff I missed. No sign of an apple product nowhere.

I'm assuming the OP means your general carry around bag? As opposed to what you might bring if you were going somewhere with photography in mind?

I keep my carry around bag stocked like this:

    1112D518E433438CA4E5D65DDDB92A99-0000314495-0002543004-00400L-5DCBE2461D304DA881DF3D2851606FFF.jpg

    DSLR Fuji S5 Pro
    Sigma 70-300 mm
    Sigma 18-200 mm
    Lens hoods *2
    Polarizing filter
    Close up Filters *3
    ND Grads
    Spare battery
    Memory Cards *3
    Cleaning cloth

90% of the time I don't need all that crap with me while walking around the town with my other half, but I bring it, because once in a blue moon something catches my eye! The rest of the time I get home with a sore back :D
