Mental Health Advice

This thread is for anyone thinking of starting a thread asking for mental health advice in any way. If you feel the need to seek mental health advice then the internet is not the place for it. It is something that is not allowed on the forum, as the potential for damage is too great - mental health is something that needs to be taken very seriously.

Threads started seeking mental health advice will be closed.
