just like 2 say what a shame it is that larry has left the westbury club in malahide.i know all the regulars will miss you and the great work u done 2 rejuvinate the club and its a shame the oweners were being so greedy as the italian don is the only won who is going 2 lose out.the vast majority of punters were only there due 2 the hard work done by larry.they will not have a clue how 2 keep the club going now.hopefully larry will get something off the ground on the northside and all the lads will follow u.

best of luck in your next adventure.

    keith.

    wow,
you would think that lessons would have been learn't after the Jp v Blinkers incident,

Good luck in whatever you decide to do larry. You have always been a gentleman to deal with, and never forgot peoples names etc., and promoted the Westbury club no end.

    Their loss

    +1

Larry, you where great to work with and great at getting the numbers in. Whenever i played there, it was truly a great venue.

The place won't be the same without you.

Keep us posted as to what you are doing next. Good luck with it.

I have no doubt that whatever larry does will be a success. I feel his departure from the westbury will only be bad for the club. Larry was the reason i started travelling to malahide. Best of luck mate in whatever you decide to do and to repeat what jim has said, if there is anything you need a hand with to get something else going you only have to call.

Dear Poker Players & Poker Community ,

I would like to grab this opportunity to let everyone know that I’ve resigned from the Westbury Casino Club and stop rumours,
also the main thing behind this thread -that I would really like to thank everyone who ever participated on any of the poker tournaments ,satellites ,sit & go’s ,cash games in the past ,while I was in Charge of the Westbury Casino & Card Club also the readers of boards .ie who helped me with structure changes opinions ,views on any of the games ,certainly the place has improved games got bigger atmosphere was always great , but it was only possible with your help & support!

I would like also to thank all the Card dealers professionals who helped me and all the other Poker Clubs ,Casinos ,Poker tournament organisers ,online poker sites for any cooperation ,help & support !

The Westbury Card Club Tournament Schedule will remain the same for a little while and I presume all changes will be posted on boards & their website !

Also I would like to thank boards.ie the best forum website in Ireland .

I’m sure we will meet again in the near future on poker tournaments ,festivals &card club’s ;)!

I also would like to wish the best of luck to the Westbury !

Once again many thanks to everyone ,

    Regards ,

    Larry Santo

WOW Larry gone from The Westbury

just back yesterday from holidays and went over there this evening expecting a monthly huge turnout, the numbers had been growing every month and surely was one of the best games in town

Its a sad loss to the club, Lord knows LARRY worked hard to get the place on the map, what a pity

I have every confidence that he will be successful in the future, whatever that brings him, he deserves it

Great job Larry, you will be missed for sure

Good Luck for the future, stay in touch

Larry introduced me to a friend of his as "a good friend of mine", I was honoured

    Derek
