    I hadn't seen this site so far, so apologies if it's been linked already.

    RTÉ have earned their license fee for once and put together a site with the consolidated versions of TEU and TFEU with the changes Lisbon makes colour coded, including changes originally from the Constitution.

    As far as I know you can go into any public library and they have an annotated version of the Treaty too.
