Yes you read it right, but there is only 1 real condition

1. You work for a Microsoft Certified Partner

What you need to do is the following.

1. Get your MS Partner ID. This can be got from your Membership account in the Partner Site

2. Browse to the following site and click Request a Partner Skills Plus multiuse voucher. You may have to click it twice for some reason (first time it comes up with a MeasureUp thing and then second time goes to the correct sign up site)

3. Put in your Partner ID, name email etc and you will be sent a voucher number that you can use for free exams.

The number of vouchers issued is dependant on the certification status, ie more for Gold partners.
