Well everything looks sweet , just get a better ram and PSU :
http://www.komplett.ie/k/ki.aspx?sku=321028
AS for PSU go for Corsair / Seasonic/Tagan - well known and reliable brands...

Case:
http://www.komplett.ie/k/ki.aspx?sku=341841

Psu
http://www.komplett.ie/k/ki.aspx?sku=327671

Thermal Paste:
http://www.komplett.ie/k/ki.aspx?sku=302888

Cooling Fan:
http://www.komplett.ie/k/ki.aspx?sku=322416

Finally, this is the thing to go for if you have been running well~

Oh and komplett is very expensive - try www.scan.co.uk, www.overclockers.co.uk and www.dabs.ie instead

yea the corsair would easily be good enough for a single 8800gt card and quad core processor - i suppose if you have the money you may as well get the:
http://www.komplett.ie/k/ki.aspx?sku=327672

might come in handy if you decide to upgrade at some stage in the future

looks like your sticking with xp? - doing the same myself, too many horror stories about vista tbh, think ill wait for the new os microsoft bring out
In regard to the graphic card, you will be able to play nearly every game out at the minute at medium-high settings, however it might not be the best card if you badly want to get crysis

yeah sticking to XP for a few reasons... main one is I have XP already on disc ... and I still think Vista has enough holes to park a fleet of busses in.... Also in the business were in I know all the software and AHK scripts work on XP and some still have issues with vista so XP it is for now...

I saw your previous thread on the build ... have you abandoned it? I've been messing around with Komplett's Intel gamer and introduced my specs into it and it's also coming out very reasonable so might be talked out of this..... but I wouldn't enjoy the challenge then

yea i abondoned my build for a few reasons, the main one is that i have windows xp and have loads of software on the pc which i 'cough' acquired lol which i could not get onto the new pc - the other reason is that i realised there is barely any decent pc games available that are not being released for my xbox360, so it would be a bit of a pointless upgrade tbh

I wouldn't pay 280 for an 8800GT when Dabs.ie have the superior 8800GTS for 258. Komplett are crap lately for prices, particularly in graphics cards.

Also, better quality ram ideally - decent ram is so cheap these days no point going for the cheapest stuff possible just to save a few euro when you're spending so much overall.

Look at this for example - 2gb of decent stuff for an entire 2 extra euro...
