    hi.
anyone know when navteq are releasing their next update.
afaik their most recent release is Q2 2006 is that right?
so presumably an update should be imminent-or have they updated since then?

btw are these guys constantly touring the country looking for changes?
how often do they update- I heard twice a year.
also which software gets this data the quickest?

I am beta testing the new maps and version of Route 66 for PPC, due to be released late april/ early may.

Mapping updates are not major but more industrial estates etc are clearly mapped and non-digistised streets are now mapped
