This is a complete list of exchanges that have been DSL enabled, along with the current list of exchanges that have a trigger level set. This will be kept up to date as more exchanges are enabled.

Smart Telecom have announced they are to offer unbundled DSL services too. An employee has detailed which exchanges are to offer services, and when in this post. Once the exchanges are confirmed to be online, we'll update this thread.
