Centering this myspace banner (help needed)

As you can see its not quite spread out over the top, what do I need to code in to centre/spread it out over it all as its almost stuck to the left. It says this at the moment </style><div class="topbanner"> <IMG SRC="http://i38.tinypic.com/2ewlijm.jpg" border="-75px"> </a> </div> Any ideas?
