What medications are available in Ireland to help with ADHD?

I've used Strattera & Ritalin....Strattera didn't do anything and Ritalin is only alright.....I get dips in mood because of it... I have an appointment with my doctor in a week or so and I want to be informed on what's out there. Thanks.
