Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    hey folks,

just wondering if there's any way at all to play windows games on a mac...

I know for example you can install windows OS on a mac (http://www.macwindows.com/emulator.html), but if you do that does it mean you can run windows apps and games on your mac?

is there any way to do it? it'd be very helpful :D

    Thanks

Well you have a PowerPC chip in your iBook, which means no Boot Camp. The main option would be VirtualPC (which is slow as hell), or Darwine. To run Darwine, you need to make sure you have X11 installed, if you don't then you have to install it from the Tiger DVD. You'll probably be able to get a few Windows games working that way.
Also, if you want to try some proper Mac games... try the demos at Mac Game Files and on Apple's site, you should be able to run stuff up to around the Sims 2 and Halo on a recent iBook.
