I highly recommend Killars1 who posts frequently in the Accommodation & property section. You'll see lots of other posts from boards members recommending him too. I'm in Clare, he's Dublin based and he just made the process so smooth and hassle free.

Totally agree....Liam D. Ferguson has been advising on Boards for many years and still regularly contributes on all financial matters including mortgages and Pensions.
