Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I see Nick Mallet's been appointed to the Italian job... no chance of any announcements with Ireland though

Gatlands sniffing round the Welsh job as well.

Looks like we're stuck with Eddie

Pity. He was great as SA coach until he started commenting about the high prices of tickets at certain unions in SA.

Ireland could've done with him as a coach. Italy's gain ;)

it's a pity for italy really, and typically italian (no results and you're out). Berbizier has been doing a grand job but didn't get big results, even though they ran a lot of teams very close

seems a lot of counties have the same policy 'no results and you're out' Wales, Italy, England......

But aren’t most jobs like that,

    Ireland no…

Gatland with a good defense and backs coach would be a dream

i agree, but then again we expect teams like wales and england to perform well and so they should. A team like italy needs to take one step at a time. They are almost there but not quite yet. changing the management every year or 2 is not going to help the players.

Erm...Berbizier announced before the World Cup that he was steeping down as Italian coach.

He had big results...he beat scotland away and wales at home this year.

They would have loved to keep him.

Mallet's a great coach. Ireland could have done with him...
