    Hi All
    I,ve got a £St cheque & don,t want to change to € just yet but I haven't got a £St account.

    Who would be the best to open an account with I might wish to transfer funds to another account in Europe in future.

    I heard HSBC were pretty good for flexibility,transfers throughout Europe etc.

    Also with net nowadays is it a disadvantage if there is no local branch I don't intend to use on a daily basis
