    Metro West - Tallaght to Dardistown. Public Consultation - St
    Brigid's Well.

    Date: Monday 30th June
    Time: 11am - 8pm
    Venue: SDCC Clondalkin Civic Offices, Clondalkin, Dublin 22.

    You mean the carriages themselves?, Im sure they would be able of much greater speeds due to them travelling underground.
    Anyone care to clarify?

    Unless it's changed, none of Metro West is underground. It's not even fully segregated so it's definitely not a metro in the normal sense. It will probably be most similar to the Luas Red line.
