Booking theory test by phone.

I was wondering if anyone could tell me the information I require to book a theory test by phone. I'm guessing I need a PPSN but after that and card details, I don't know exactly what I need.

Also, if anyone could tell me how much money I need on my card, would be greatly appreciated.

i think u can book online also which would b the same as on the phone?
Also i think its 45 euro's..
