    Hi,
So I have my test booked and I need to get insured again on my mams policy. I am going to get insured until her policy runs out in December. If I pass my test in September am I still insured to drive after...... Now on a full liscence instead of provisional. Or will I have to pay extra. Im driving an 05 CRV is this going to be expensive to get insured in, even if its under my mams name?
    Thanks

You just contact them and inform them you now have full licence
You should actually see a lowering of the premium
    How much?
With insurance it's impossible to estimate or guesstimate as they appear to do

I posted my insurance company a copy of my licence when I passed. They sent me a refund cheque - equated to about 17% of the premium [which I'd paid in full at the beginning of the year]/
