Pros: Your galaxy will no longer be terrible.
Cons: Can be tricky to install, especially if your galaxy is branded.

It means if it's locked to a network essentially. Who did you get it with? Like does it have any apps by the carrier on the phone? If it's Meteor/eMobile it won't be branded. Not too sure about o2/Vodafone/3. They're usually th ones who brand their phones. I could be wrong though.

I can't see why You haven't at least updated. The speed difference alone makes it worth it, can't do any harm.

It only supports 32bit windows, is Your pc 64bit?

Pretty much everyone will have 64bit windows installed, I doubt they only support 32bit. Yeah the USB driver will be different for 32 vs 64, should be just a matter of installing the right one.

It doesn't work in 64bit, I tried it.
