Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

I'm going travelling in January and would like a second debit card in-case one gets lost or stolen. Is this possible? If it is, how do I go about getting one?

    Thanks

    Hi alwayssideways,

Thanks for contacting us here on Boards.

It is only possible to have one debit card on your account at one time. If you lose your card, you can call our Lost and Stolen helpline on 00353 56775 7007 from outside of Ireland. They can cancel your lost or stolen card and order a new card. This new card will need to be posted to the address on your account.

Just to mention, we would advise you to give travel notice before you leave to ensure the continued use of your card when abroad. You can do this online by sending an Ask a Question on the Online Service Desk when logged in to your account on Bank of Ireland 365 Online.
Please ensure to give the dates and where you will be travelling to. You can also do this by calling Bank of Ireland 365 on 0818 365 365 and a representative will be happy to note this on your account for you.

Please let us know if you need help with any other query.

    Thanks,
    Sarah
