Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    HELP!!! My head is wrecked!
    My question is; Has anyone heard of or bought a heritage stove?
    I'm torn between the heritage Beltra and a Stanley Oisin.

    I know I've read it's just a box to put a fire in, and everyone raves on about Stanley, You hear about pig iron being used from China etc etc.
    The guy selling the heritage stoves is selling stoves for years, but only selling heritage for about 2 years, but it is a far nicer looking stove (with the extra glass on the sides) than the stanley,

    Beltra; 8 kw, not certified, maybe 2 inches wider on both sides, has the airwash system, 5 year guarantee, apart from glass, firebrick and grate.

    Oisin: 6.4 kw, certified, seems very small, small interior also, no airwash,
    BUT HAS A GREAT NAME AND REPUTATION.

    It would be "grate" to hear from anyone with any experience with these stoves,

    I tried to insert a link to the heritage stove but got;
