Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,
Looking to get a advise and recommendations on a BER assessor to engage on new build in Co. Clare.

Looking to achieve A2. Planning permission already granted. Currently working on finalising building spec and insulation / heating requirements etc..

Will be looking to engage an engineer and BER assessor as part of the project team. If this was the same person all the better.

The SEAI website lists 19 assessors in Co Clare, just wondering if anyone has used any names on this list in the past or can recommend someone to get in touch with?

NOTE: im not looking for solicitation from BER assessors, just recommendations on who would be recommended or who to avoid

Appreciate cant mention individual names on open thread so just shoot me a PM with any specific feedback anyone might have.

Any other general advise much appreciated on thread or whatever ;)
    Thanks!

(sorry I cant post link to the BER assessors list on seai website because I dont have enough posts yet, if someone could do that for me would appreciate it)
