Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I am entitled to a substantial back payment but haven't received it yet and I am starting work next week, Will I still be entitled to my back payment and how will I receive it?

    Mine took 4 weeks, came with a balancing statement AND a nice cheque to my home adress. It had that lovely pinkness about it that could only be a gov cheque. Savour the moment and look at it over a cuppa before you open it. Enjoy ! :D
    PS If you are owed it you will get it regardless of starting work, winning the lotto etc
