Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Medium Hop Zone ?

    Hi just wondering if anyone could clear up a few questions I have.

    What is a Medium Hop Zone ? Does this mean I can get any bus service e.g. BE and Dublin Bus if I where to buy this ticket ?

    If so how long does it last ? , Week etc. and the price and is there a discount for student ? ..

    Dublin Commuter tickets expand from the Short Hop Zone to Medium, Long and Giant Hop tickets.

    Unfortunately the Medium, Long and Giant Hop tickets are only available in weekly format running from Sunday to Saturday, and there is no student discount. They cover all Bus Eireann, Dublin Bus and Iarnrod Eireann services within the respective zones.

    The map of the zones is here although not very clear. The outer limits are listed for each ticket zone.

    Prices are:
    Medium Hop - EUR 54
    Long Hop - EUR 75
    Giant Hop - EUR 82

    All available from Bus Eireann at Busaras or any IE station.
