Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

hi I have a desire pay monthly with vodafone. There is a vodafone network in Turkey, where i will be for a month soon If i buy a local 3G pay as you go SIM can i just insert and play? i.e. would my phone be locked to a Vodafone IE card only? they do 100MB data for a month for around 5€!!! ta

Go to a Vodafone shop and they will tell you if it is locked or not. If you are out of contract (usually 12 months) they will unlock it for you. Some Vodafone handsets aren't locked to start with.

For pre pay contract customers-You can apparently use your data allowance in a number of countries for no extra charge, as long as you are on the right APN (Vodafone live), it's a phone settings thing. Contact Vodafone customer care 1907, and double check all is correct when abroad on freephone +35312038232

When did you buy your Desire? The first batches were (Afaik) sold unlocked by Vodafone.
