New(ish) to running

    Looking for some shoes for road running, what I am using at present are Adidas kanadia trail six trail shoes, which are fine off road but they offer no real cushioning on road.....I think
    Without breaking the bank what would you recommend from the likes of lifestyle sports or similar?
    Will be running about 15k 3 times a week.

    Where do you live?

    Try to get yourself to a shop that will do gait analysis.

    Most people recommend Amphibian King, but if they are not close to you elvery's usually do something similar.

    In any case you need to get the correct type of shoe for your type of gait.

    Without knowing that I don't think anyone can make a solid recommendation.
