Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Budget approx €20/m. Ask people around you who have wells to get an idea of how deep you'll need I drill.

You really won't know until you bore it how deep you will need to go or even if you will find water. Along with the well you will need to install a pump with some form of electrical source, possibly a generator if you're not near an existing electricity supply.
