Hey, does anyone know of any good yoga classes (preferably in Limerick city)?

I'm looking for a fairly challenging class!

There's a great class run in Limerick Lawn Tennis Club, the instructor's name is Bobby Jones. It's a very tough workout, all powerful stretching with a minimum of the spiritual mumbo-jumbo. The class is on Monday and Friday at 9.30am, it's run in one of the squash courts. It's a tenner a class, on a pay as you go basis.

Not certain what the story is with regard to it being open to non-members, there's three of us who go off and on and only one is a member, we've never been asked.

Would it be suitable for beginners? If not, can anyone recommend another class in the city that would suit?

Thanks for the Tennis Club tip. Do you have a contact number for them and I might give them a call?

Alaskimo, Mag Mell on O'Connell Street would be good for beginners: http://magmell.ie/ It's really chilled and you can pay as you go, so you can try it out and see how you get on.
