Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm just about finished my degree, but not graduating until October. Umail is telling me my account cannot be verified and I can't log in? Is this happening to anybody else? I need to get into the email cos I have important stuff in that email that I need access to.

Do UCC normally shut down the emails without warning? I contacted the IT dept but no reply so if anybody can enlighten me as to why I cannot get access and how I can get back into the email?

    Thanks

I haven't graduated and I tried to log in and I got this message:
"Google Apps - This account cannot be accessed because the login credentials could not be verified."
So it looks like a problem not specific to you.

Grand job! Just making sure :) I got that message as well and presumed the accounts had been shut down! Thanks!
