Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I don't know but I wouldn't think so. If someone is on leave then their replacement will be paid from the same source as the person on leave would be.
I would think most privately paid positions would simply be because the school has the money to pay some extra teachers privately and are doing so do reduce class sizes, offer extra subjects etc.
