Pipe flow rate

    I'm am electrical engineer, looking for advice from a mechanical engineer!! I'm trying to calculate the flow rate at the end of a pipe with the following details.
    A head of 120m
    A distance of 600m
    Outside diameter of 125mm
    A wall thickness of 7.4mm
    Roughness??..PE100 16bar pipework
    A straight run

    I'm limited to 125mm pipe due to the costs involved, the flow rate of the stream is far in excess of this so I'm avoiding the need for a flow duration study.
    If someone could provide me with the equations needed or run the numbers it would be great! I need these values to choose the correct turbine runner and synchronous generator combination.

    Would the Hazen Williams equation be the right one to use?
