Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Does anyone know is it possible to reset a digi-box parental lock pin number after 3 failed attempts?

    Cheers:confused:

The default PIN is the last 4 digits of your viewing card number. If it has been changed from that then calling Sky is your best bet.

    Thanks Bucks73,
I bought the Digi-box and card second hand in England, no manual. Sorry for being a pain, but is the number I need the 9 digit number in the centre of the card? or the one in the bottom right hand cornor (smaller writting)?

    Thanks

Its the large 9 digit number across the middle.

If it's a secondhand box it will be looking for the last 4 digits of the first/original card that was used in it. Contact who you bought it off to see if they know it.
It was posted in another thread that if you switch off all the parental control settings (ie. blocked adult channels) it stops asking for a PIN. Someone with more knowledge might elaborate on this though.

    Thanks folks,
The card is the original one paired with the digi-box, so I should be OK!

    Thanks for all your help.:)
