Buying property in Mullan Mór, Galway City

hi all, was thinking of buying a lovely apartment at the begining of the mullan mor development behind ashbrook in galway city. Im aware the development was built on landfill but just wondering if anyone knows when the development was built and when the landfill site was closed down? cant seem to find to much information…
