Audi A4 2005 2 litre TDI engine noisy

    I had the A3 1.9TDI before this. This A4 engine is much noisier. Like a whirring sound (the sound you might get when going down the gears) even when going up the gears. All around much noisier than Id like but not rattling or clicking. Much less noisy when at constant higher speeds.
    Any ideas if this is normal or what it might be.
